Mr M S Shivakumar is a development professional and researcher with over three decades of experience in land and resource governance, indigenous rights and sustainable development. His work spans land tenure, natural resource management, post-conflict reconstruction, biodiversity conservation, disaster management and humanitarian response, particularly across South and Southeast Asia. Mr Shivakumar has worked with organisations including UNDP, the World Bank and FAO, and currently works with the Institute for Youth and Development in India.
