But not everyone who should be part of this conversation has the means to be there.
Students. Grassroots community members. Emerging practitioners. People working closely with communities.
Their participation matters.
Students bring new questions, curiosity and the possibility of shaping what comes next. Grassroots community members bring lived experience and knowledge from the ground. These perspectives are essential to understanding the realities behind policies, plans and projects.
Inclusion is not simply about having more people in the room.
It is about making sure the room includes the voices that need to be heard.
