In a fast-changing highly competitive environment MSMEs want to be foot-loose. need ‘Asset-Light Models’ in contrast to asset heavy models of past. In most parts of the country land prices are inflated to an extent that MSME projects find it difficult to be economically viable. The session explores new options and best practices in developing affordable industrial space. Secondly, the session also showcases the range of services and common facilities provided by modern industrial estates.

Mr Nirav Mahadeviya is an architect by profession who has deep and wide experience of 30 plus years of large scale industrial real estate planning. The Basket of projects dealt with by Mr. Nirav includes industrial park (less than 100 hectares to 4400 hectares), SEZ (Free Zone), Shipbuilding park and Logistics park along with housing area planning.
Apart from hard core Master Planning, Nirav has contributed to promotion of Gujarat Province as investment destination by joining Government lead delegation to USA and UAE.
The experience of senior level Government Job has given deep insight in to the policy and its implementation as well as larger regional perspective connected with Industrial Real estate project. Large number of private industrial park developers have availed his expertise on conceptualization of private park and Government approval of the same.
Mr Mahadeviya is a visiting faculty at CEPT and has guided few dissertation at PG level. He has also contributed to The institutes like Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries while being a part of industries related committees for about 3 years. Institutions like Ganpat University and InCube Venture has invited him as advisor where many new horizons have been explored.
